Each town in our service area has its own water chemistry, soil, weather patterns, and pool styles. Here's what we've learned working in each one — and how we handle it.
Alcoa is essentially our backyard. Quick-response repairs, weekly maintenance, and new pool consultations across every Alcoa neighborhood.
Alcoa's mix of older mid-century homes and newer subdivisions means we see a lot of aging plaster, dated single-speed pumps, and undersized filters that were 'fine' 20 years ago but cost owners on power bills every month they keep running.
We're typically on-site in Alcoa within 1–2 business days. Most calls turn into honest repair-vs-replace conversations — we'll tell you when a variable-speed pump upgrade pays itself back in a season, and when patching the old one is the smarter move.

Pool maintenance, repairs, and liner replacement for Louisville homeowners along the Fort Loudoun Lake corridor.
Louisville's lake-area lots see more storm debris, occasional lightning strikes that fry control boards, and high humidity that pushes algae fast in mid-summer. Tree-shaded waterfront yards also throw off the chemistry that 'just works' in open sunny pools.
We recommend surge protection on every Louisville equipment pad and run weekly (not bi-weekly) service through July and August. Most of our Louisville clients also use our spring opening and fall closing packages because the lake-area pollen and leaf drop are no joke.

Rural Loudon County pool service — from full weekly maintenance to one-off repairs and liner replacements in Greenback and the Tellico Lake area.
Greenback pools are often on well water with the highest calcium hardness we see anywhere in our service area. Combined with rural power lines (more brownouts and surges), older inground builds, and longer winter freeze exposure on hillside lots, equipment ages faster out here than in town.
We use sequestrant treatments on every Greenback fill, recommend full winterizations (not partial closings), and inspect for freeze splits behind aging liners every spring opening. We make the drive — most rural East TN pool companies don't.

Weekly pool maintenance, fast repair response, and new inground construction across West, North, South, and East Knoxville neighborhoods.
Knoxville pools come in every age and style — mid-century plaster jobs in Bearden, custom gunite in Sequoyah Hills, vinyl liners in Powell, you name it. The biggest common challenge is tree load: mature oaks and pines push filters hard from late September through November.
We adjust cleaning routes seasonally, push filter clean intervals tighter in fall, and pre-stage cartridge spares for our heaviest tree-cover clients. We also handle a lot of equipment upgrades on older Knoxville pools — variable-speed pumps, salt systems, and automation.

Premium pool service for Farragut — including custom gunite renovations, equipment upgrades, and weekly maintenance on high-end inground pools.
Farragut pools tend to be newer builds running variable-speed Pentair or Hayward equipment with full automation (ScreenLogic, OmniLogic). When something fails, the symptom rarely matches the actual problem — drive boards, sensors, and relays mimic each other in ways that frustrate generalist techs.
Our techs are trained specifically on Pentair and Hayward automation diagnostics, so we fix the right thing the first time. We also navigate Farragut HOA submittal requirements for any visible equipment-pad or fence work as part of the project.

Quick response on pool repairs, leak detection, and weekly maintenance for the Seymour community.
Seymour's mix of wooded lots and open subdivisions creates very different maintenance needs block to block. Open lots see chlorine burn off fast in summer sun; wooded lots fight pollen and tannin staining every spring.
We tune chemistry plans per-pool, not per-route — Seymour clients on open lots get higher CYA targets while wooded-lot pools get pre-spring metal sequestrant and tighter brushing schedules to prevent staining at the waterline.

Pool service for Sevier County residential pools and select short-term rental properties around Sevierville.
Vacation-rental pools in the Sevierville area get hammered — high bather load, irregular use, and owners who often aren't on-site to catch a chemistry slide before guests do.
We offer turn-day quick-checks and chemistry stabilization for STR owners, in addition to standard weekly service. Photo reports after every visit mean owners always know the pool is guest-ready, even from out of state.

Lakefront and backyard pools across Lenoir City and Tellico Village get our full attention every visit.
Tellico Village and the surrounding Lenoir City lake communities have unique drainage and septic-line constraints on pool placement, plus a lot of older builds whose equipment is overdue for a serious upgrade.
We do soil and clearance checks during construction planning, and on existing pools we audit equipment pads honestly — half of our Lenoir City visits identify simple efficiency wins (timer schedules, pump speeds) that lower power bills immediately.

Lake-area pools and custom backyard builds across Loudon County, including the Tellico Lake communities.
Loudon's lake lots often back up to wooded slopes with significant grade changes — both a beauty and a challenge for pool placement, drainage, and deck longevity.
When we design new builds in Loudon County, we engineer specifically for slope, drainage, and freeze cycles instead of just dropping a stock design into a sloped yard. Existing pools get drainage and deck-shift assessments on every renovation quote.

From mid-century pool renovations to new builds — we service the full Oak Ridge corridor.
Oak Ridge has one of the highest concentrations of original mid-century inground pools we work on. Old plaster, old plumbing schedules (often galvanized), and undersized equipment rooms all need careful handling during any upgrade.
We're patient with older Oak Ridge pools. Renovations are scoped honestly, plumbing is replaced where needed (not just patched), and we right-size new equipment so it actually fits the existing pad without forced compromises.

Reliable weekly pool service, leak detection, and new pool consultations throughout Powell.
Powell pools see hard freeze-thaw cycles and a lot of vinyl liner pools nearing end-of-life. Small leaks often go unnoticed under winter covers and turn into shell damage by spring.
We push fall closings hard for Powell clients — proper winterization is cheaper than a spring liner-and-shell repair. On suspected leaks, we run pressure tests before quoting replacements, because not every leak needs a new liner.

Family-owned pool service for family-owned pools — Karns is a regular stop on our weekly routes.
Karns is heavy on family pools with bather loads that spike every summer weekend. Chemistry can swing fast between weekly visits if it isn't dialed in for real-world use, not lab conditions.
We use higher CYA targets and properly sized salt cells on Karns family pools so the chlorine actually holds through Saturday cookouts. Our weekly reports flag when bather load is outpacing the equipment.

One of our busiest service areas. New construction, renovations, and full-season pool maintenance plans available across Hardin Valley.
Hardin Valley is one of the fastest-growing areas we serve, with a lot of new construction homes adding pools to fresh-graded lots. Drainage issues and settling around new equipment pads are the most common 2-year problems we get called out for.
On new builds, we engineer for proper compaction and drainage from day one. On existing 1–3 year-old pools, we proactively check equipment-pad settling and deck movement before they turn into bigger problems.
